Q: How will I receive order confirmation for my participation in the group order?

You will receive order confirmation via email within 24 hours of joining the group order.


Q: Are there any minimum order requirements for group orders?

There's no minimum order requirements for group orders.


Q: What is the deadline for a group order?

The deadline for joining a group order will be specified in the announcement for each individual group order.


Q: How will you communicate with participants during the group order process?

We will primarily communicate with participants through Email, Twitter or Telegram. We will provide updates via Twitter post and email.


Q: What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, ShopeePay, Touch 'N Go e-Wallet, and Wise.


Q: What is the accepted currency?

We only accept payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).


Internal Trading (IT)

Q: What is Internal Trading?

Internal Trading refers to the exchange of photocards between group order participants.


Q: What are the rules for Internal Trading?

  • IT is generally available for photocards with quantities less than 7.
  • IT will typically be conducted on a first-pay, first-served basis.
  • IT will not be conducted through Google Forms. Shipping form will be used, which will be sent separately.

Group Order

Q: Can I request a group order for Stray Kids fan-made items (Cheering Kits, Season Greetings, Goods, etc.)?

Yes, you can! Please provide me with the link to the post, and I'll contact the seller to inquire about the possibility of opening a group order.


Q: Can I request a group order for items from other artists (e.g., XXX artist's albums/items)?

Unfortunately, I currently only facilitate group orders for Stray Kids merchandise. For items from other artists, I can assist with personal checkout only.


OT8

Q: If I order 8 albums, will I get OT8 POB?

Yes, if you order 8 albums, you will receive OT8 POB.


Q: If I order 8pcs, will there be duplicates (dupe) of the preorder benefit (pob)?

You should receive OT8 Photocards unless the website specifically states that POB distribution is random.


Q: If my total for SKZ MD is more than 160,000won, will I get an OT8 POB?

Yes, you will automatically receive an OT8 POB if your total spending on SKZ MD reaches 160,000won or more.


Order Delivery

Q: Which shipping carriers do you use?

We typically ship via Flash Express. However, we may use other carriers depending on the location and availability.


Q: What are the estimated delivery times?

Your order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after second payment has been paid. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances.


Q: I ordered two or more times on the website, can I request combine shipping for all of my items?

Yes, you can request combined shipping for multiple orders. Please contact us with the order numbers that you wanted to combine after placing your orders and we will assist you in combining the shipments for a more economical option.


Q: I wanted to pickup my items instead of using delivery.

While we typically offer delivery, we are be able to accommodate self-pickup.


Self-pickup location: 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.


Please contact us after you have paid the second payment to discuss the possibility of self-pickup.

  • Please provide the following information in your request:

  • Proof of second payment (e.g., screenshot of bank transfer receipt)

Q: I did not receive some of my items. My items are missing from the parcel.

If any items are missing from your order, please submit a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process within 7 days of receiving your order to my telegram. Clearly state the missing items in your message along with the video submission.


We will investigate the issue and take necessary steps to resolve it.


Q: I received not my items. I received extra items.

If you have received extra items that were not part of your order, please contact us immediately.


Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A list of the extra items received.
  • Photos or a video of the extra items.


We will advise you on how to return the extra items.


Order Refunds & Cancellations

Q: What is your refund policy?

A flexible refund policy is offered for ALL items. If you change your mind or an item becomes sold out before I process your order, I will issue a full refund.


Q: When can I expect a refund?

Refund will be sent immediately within 1 business day. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been secured yet.


Q: How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please request cancellation here. You can state the order number that you wanted to cancel.


Q: Can I request refund for damaged or defective items?

Yes, I can process a refund for damaged or defective items. To initiate the return process, please:


  1. Provide proof of damage: Submit a clear, unedited unboxing video of the damaged item to my telegram.
  2. Video taken must not be edited or cut
  3. 2x speed is allowed, but the video must still clearly show the item's condition before and after opening.


Damaged and defective items can only be proved by unboxing video taken by buyers. No refunds would be given without unboxing video. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.


Please note: If the damage or defect is due to a manufacturing issue (factory defect) with a POB, no refunds would be given as POB is a gift from the website.


If the damage or defect is caused by me, refund will be given according to the severity of the damage/defect.


For damage caused by the courier, please contact the courier company directly with your tracking number.


Second Payment


Q: What is a second payment?

The second payment covers the cost of shipping your items from their origin country (South Korea/Japan/Indonesia/etc) to Malaysia. This includes international shipping fees and any local postage within Malaysia.


Q: Why is there a second payment?

The international shipping costs will be collected separately because they depend on several factors, including:


 β€’ The weight of your items: Heavier items typically cost more to ship.

 β€’ The number of items in your order: Fewer items often weigh less, reducing shipping costs.

 β€’ The total number of buyers for the order: When items are combined from multiple buyers into fewer packages (consolidation), the overall shipping cost is lower for everyone.


Q: Can't you estimate the second payment cost?

Unfortunately, it's difficult to provide an accurate estimate upfront due to the factors mentioned above. However, we can give you a general idea of past shipping costs for similar items upon request.


Q: How will I know the final price, including shipping?

Once I receive all the items and finalize the shipping arrangements, I'll calculate the total second payment (international shipping + local postage).


Q: How will I receive the second payment notice?

You will typically receive the second payment notice within a week or two after I've shipped the items from overseas warehouses to Malaysia. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or weather disruptions, may slightly affect the shipping timeline and consequently the notice delivery.

There is no deadline for the second payment.

Direct Shipping


Q: What is Direct Shipping?

Direct shipping is a method where products are shipped directly from my Korea warehouse right to your doorstep. This eliminates the need for multiple shipping processes and often leads to faster delivery times.


Q: Can I checkout from your website and ship the products to my or your Korea warehouse?

No, direct checkout for shipping to a Korea warehouse is not possible through this website. To place an order for shipment to a Korea warehouse, please contact me directly. Please note that there will be a checkout fee associated with the checkout service (3,000won per checkout).


Q: I chose direct shipping before, but I wanted to change to combine delivery with other buyers. Can I do that?

Yes, you can change to combine delivery if your order has not yet been shipped or has not arrived at the Korea warehouse. However, once the item has been shipped or is at the Korea warehouse, it cannot be changed as the warehouses for direct shipping and combine delivery are located at different addresses.


Q: How long can the parcel be stored in your warehouse?

Your parcel can be stored in the Korea warehouse for up to 30 days free of charge.


Q: How long does direct shipping take? 

Typically, direct shipping takes between 3-5 business days.


Q: What are the shipping costs for direct shipping?

Shipping costs for direct shipping will be calculated after it has arrived at the Korea warehouse. Shipping costs for direct shipping are calculated based on the following formula: (Half of Volumetric Weight / 6000) + (Actual Weight / 2)


Q: Can I track my direct shipping order? 

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the shipping carrier's website.


Q: Do you ship overseas too? 

Shipments are currently available to Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.


Q: Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes on direct shipping orders? 

Other than Malaysia, customs duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery or at a later date.


Q: What happens if my order is lost or damaged during direct shipping?

Every precaution is taken to ensure safe delivery of orders. In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged package, I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
